You Have

What to do when you have a new ink cartidge that won’t work?
I bought a new color ink cartidge. I have it correctly inserted into my printer but my printer says it is out of color ink. I have pulled the tab and touched it and ink came off on my finger. I have done everything possible. What can I do to make it work?
Thanks!
Pull the stupid battery out of the printer.
This sound just like the HP “I want to sell
you more ink carts, even though they are
not expired” BS.
I miss Carly Fiorina. She made printing
seem so…
The battery in the printer holds date and time.
The cart has a chip that holds a date and time.
If they don’t match, S.O.L.
Give it a shot. Find the location of your battery
in your printer( looks like a large calculator battery)
and pull it.
Don’t damage the printer, please. Be careful.
If it seems too difficult, just place a piece of
a business card between the battery and
contact.
If that doesn’t do it, return the cart.
It might have a faulty flow or damaged heads.
