You Broke
My iphone 3gs is seriously broken. Were is the best place to send off you’re iphone?
I broke the screen on my iPhone and a part inside the iphone. Is there any good companies that fix them and any do it quite cheaply? I need a new screen and a new part for the inside of the iphone???
Contact Apple and explain the nature of your problem. They will ask you for your iPhone serial number (this is found on the back of your ipod, just below the thing that says how much GB you have, alternativley you can plug it into your PC and the serial number will be displayed there). If your iPhone is still under warranty, they will send you an empty box. Put your iPhone into the box (follow the instructions on the slip of paper provided with the package), and then send it to the return address. Be sure to back up all music/apps/films before you send it off. Apple will then send you your repaired/replaced iPhone. Hope this helped
