How do you push to do more while working out?
I’ve been trying really hard to work out lately, but when I get home from school I just find it really hard to do it. I get on there and when it starts getting hard I really wanna give up. How do you push yourself the extra distance when you’re working out and it’s getting difficult?
Don’t listen to the guy above that’s exactly what not to do, you don’t need to overwork but you don’t have to limit yourself to the weekends. I had this same problem and one of the important parts of a workout is intensity, so my solution was to start listening to music very loud and sometimes drinking a small cup of coffee when I just needed to get that extra boost. Watch some motivation videos pump some music and just really think about why you even want to workout and if you do it all right you should become more focused and intense leading to a great workout, this was my experience hope it works for you.
