Violin Recital
What is a good classical piece for 1 Violin and 1 Viola and maybe an accompanist?
My teacher wants my friend and I to perform a duet at a recital next year or whenever. We’re both her students. The violinist is intermediate, and I (the violist) am advanced, but my teacher wants to push the violinist to more challenging pieces. I was thinking the Mozart Sinfonia Concertante for Violin, Viola and a piano accompaniment. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
thanks for the advice…but i’m asking you to name some pieces, not say how the piece i’m thinking of is hard…it’s just a thought…
