What is it that my goldfish swim upside down?

Sometimes , my goldfish swims upside down . Sometimes swim kinda weird . And just floats ..

it may have what is called swim bladder disease. and sorry to tell you it it hard to heal. try feeding him peas. peas are good for goldfish with any health problems, and in particular swim bladder disease!
