Strikes Again

Business Striking
When it comes to striking it is not good for anyone, even the people looking to strike. British Airlines staff have of course been striking again (surprise, surprise) and it would seem that this is all they do, surely they will be out of business soon? So what on earth can you do if staff are on the verge of striking?
Talk
Talking to staff is very important indeed and do not just get someone else to do it all for you. If you are the boss of the company then do it yourself as the staff are far more likely to sit and talk to you. listening to the thoughts of the people that are willing to strike is key and you could come to an agreement if you do this kind of thing. I cannot think of many companies that have such poor relationships with their staff as BA so the chances are you will not have many strikes at all.
Legal Action
It is possible to take legal action when it comes to actually stopping a strike but this is something that I would not advise doing unless you really have to. This can only be done if you feel that the union is actually in the wrong, if not then you cannot do a thing.
Giving In
This is the easiest option to take and sometimes it is best because it is going to cost you a lot of money when all of your employees are not actually doing any work. The only problem that can sometimes be caused by this is that they will strike whenever they want something and you may give in.
This is not likely to happen in the average serviced offices London city or serviced offices Soho it is still possible so make sure the next time you are in that serviced offices Victoria you realise this.
In the end the decision is up to the boss on what actually happens when it comes to something like this, you have been warned.
