Justin Bieber, 3D Movie
International teen-pop sensation Justin Bieber is gaining popularity by the day, especially among his largest fan demographic, teenage girls. Bieber was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and at the young age of 13 was discovered by his current manager, Scooter Braun when Braun came upon Bieber’s YouTube videos during a search for undiscovered singing talent. Braun was blown away by the talent of Justin Bieber and also by the huge amount of views and buzz his YouTube videos were getting. Next, Braun had Bieber fly to Atlanta, Georgia to record some demos.
Raymond Braun Media group, the joint venture of singer/songwriter Usher and Braun, quickly signed Bieber after his audition for Usher. The fast track to fame that justin bieber signing a record deal is amazing, his hit record “My World 2.0” entered the charts at number one on the Billboard 200, and Bieber then became the youngest solo male act to do so since Stevie Wonder in 1963. “Baby” featuring Ludacris was released in January 2010, and became Justin’s biggest hit, reaching number five in the U.S. and the top ten in seven other countries.
On February 11th of 2011, a Justin Bieber movie 3-D movie will be released; the film will follow Bieber on his 2010 tour. “Justin Bieber Never Say Never” the movie featuring cameos by Miley Cyrus and Shawn Stockman, will also feature footage of performances from his 2010 concert tour. Fans are propelling Bieber’s career both on screen and musically; his movie is already selling out in some theaters and his album “My Worlds Acoustic” debuted at seven this week on Billboard charts.
26,000 of the available 100,000 tickets sold in the first 12 hours of sales for the special advanced screening of Bieber’s movie showing at select theaters on February 9th. Advance screening movie-goers will receive a sneak preview gift bag in addition to the bragging rights of seeing the Justin Bieber movie before most other Bieber fans. Recipients of the sneak preview gift bag will get a pair of limited edition purple Justin Bieber Never Say Never RealD 3D glasses, a VIP event lanyard, and an official justin bieber never say never glow stick bracelet. Bieber has built a huge following of loyal fans largely from his presence on the internet, mainly on YouTube and Twitter, most of these fans are teenage girls, however, Bieber has fans of every age group. Many of Justin’s fans have followed his career since he was a 13 year old performing on YouTube.
