Steve Howe

How come I never see Steve Howe mentioned as one of the greatest guitarists?

If you don’t know who he is, he’s from the prog rock band Yes. I don’t listen to Yes, my dad does, and because of him, I have to hear songs occasionally and watch a couple videos. He seems like a great guitarist to me, and he won the Greatest Guitarist Award (the name of the award is something similar to that) like 5 years in a row I think? So why does no one mention him?
