Sleeping Bag

What size sleeping bag and pad should I get if I’m 6ft Tall?
I’m looking to buy a sleeping bag and pad for general camping and some backpacking use. I’m 6ft tall, which is right on the border between most regular and long models, and am looking for some advice on what to get. The extra room would be nice, but at the same time I would like to cut down on weight as much as possible, and of course, the less empty space the better when it comes to keeping the bag warm. Any fellow 6fters with some experience being in size limbo?
I’m 6′ 2″ sometimes at least 7′ 4″ when I bang my head on the RV door all the time lol. I am a side and back sleeper and I like to stretch out. I am currently using the long model of the Big Agnes lost ranger,

I consider myself a light weight backpacker since I am unwilling to cut corners in a few areas of weight. One of these is sleep comfort I have to be warm at night and I need padding under the bag not someplace else. The Big agnes has a sleeve built into it that keeps my pads right under me. This bag of course is not ultra light weight but at 3lbs 3oz it’s very efficient. It’s also Down filled so keeping it dry is an important factor too. Extra space is better since less compaction of the bag occurs, loft is what holds in the heat and keeps you warm.
