Why don’t people buy CDs anymore? What if your hard drive crashes?
For the life of me, I don’t understand why someone would pay double for downloads when they can have the collector’s CD for half price and then they can upload it wherever. Please explain?
I’ve lost all my files (photos, documents etc…) from a USB drive WHILE I WAS BACKING IT UP!!!! Gone forever! No copies. 
Recently an external backup drive nearly crashed. CDs are backup! You can buy the CD then upload it to your computer & digitized devices. And it’s cheaper than downloading from itunes if you like all the songs. I just acquired a very rare soundtrack CD from almost 15 years ago. I remember when I went to buy one and it was out of print & I was devastated. (No downloads back then, heck never heard of YT either, I wasn’t even online!) Boy am I thrilled to have it, brand new, sealed and mint with all the artwork and the cool black disc. It was worth the wait!!!! 
I don’t understand it either, The only reason i can suggest is that they are too lazy to go and buy the CD themselves, And downloading it is easier! I would rather have CD’s as well!
