Sealed Mex

Car audio experts: What is the best setup I can make with these amps and subs?
I recently got a Kicker ZR240 with two Kicker 07C124 subs in a sealed box (probably about 2 sq ft with the subs mounted in it, or so). I also bought an Alpine MRP M1000 amp and a Kicker 10CVR102 in a sealed box (probably about 1 sq ft when mounted, maybe less).
I want to know what the best combination of these subs and amps is that I can use to have a loud and deep bass notes to add to my Explorer, they’ll sit behind the rear row of seats so it’ll all be in the cabin.
Also, the sub box for the two 12″ Kickers is filled with cotton, any reason I should leave that in there? Can it make the subs overheat or something?
Oh by the way, my system is a Sony MEX BT2800 deck with four 6×8 Infinity 6832cf speakers running off the Ford premium sound option factory amp.
With my setup I have a 4-gauge wiring kit but no capacitor, is it worth getting one for this setup (once I hear back from you guys)?
Any other recommendations? Thanks.
Putting those subs in a sealed box is a waste. if you want loud deep bass you need a ported box tuned to about 38 htz.
