Caribbean musician and entrepreneur Levi Roots hosts the Lazy Sunday festival in Brockwell Park at the end of May, where you can watch live performances, taste Caribbean cuisine, and dance to the pure-summer sound of steel drums and reggae musicians. This free event is the perfect place to kick back, relax and have some fun with the family and sample some of Levi’s wonderful Caribbean cooking. Soul food for the summer soul indeed! It doesn’t get much better than Paris Jazz Festival for jazz lovers, the perfect music retreat. This world renowned festival sees established jazz legends perform alongside exciting emerging talents in the beautiful setting of Parc Floral for two wonderful months of free Jazz. The festival has also gone interactive so visitors can see photo exhibits, take part in debates and discussions and find out information about the modern jazz scene.
