What do I have To do to work with Rolling Stone Magazine?
hey, working with rolling stone is one of my biggets dreams, what do I have to do??? (I’m finishing high school this year), and what kind of person or journalist works there? please help me?
Good luck with this.
Generally, they’ve got liberal views. And I’d be lying if I said politics meant nothing to them. But they are an EOE so give it a shot no matter what. I would suggest going to college, pursuing a degree in journalism, especially writing entertainment articles, find an internship and gain experience, try and then find another internship at RS and hopefully turn it into a job. You may even want to look at other magazines to start with too.
I know it’s not what you want to do at first but you’ve got to take steps before you take leaps.
