i got a phone for christmas from mexico?

my uncle got me an LG Shine for christmas.. i love it but its just that instead of Rogers it has some kinda thing on it called Emocion.. i cant access the internet.. but i can call and text and other stuff because i am connected to Rogers network. anyway to change this emocion to rogers? please!! i really need to get this fixed.. by the way its a phone from Mexico.

Take it to A local Rogers Authorized Dealer, they should fix the phone.
