Reprise Stereo
Where can you get mono versions of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Heart Clubs Band, especially Day In the Life?
I read in an Amazon review that on Sgt. Pepper and earlier Beatles albums there were considerable differences between mono and stereo versions, and the group was more particular about the mono versions. In the blizzard of reissues, has anyone released all or part of Sgt. Pepper in mono? All I really care about on the album is Day In the Life and maybe the reprise, so a mono version in a compilation would be OK.

“The Beatles Mono Boxed Set”, released last year, has Sgt Pepper in mono (on CD). Not sure if it was released individually, though.
