Is this picture from an episode of Supernatural and if so which one or is it just a promo?

I think it’s just a promo, but the picture was taken on the set of the episode Croatoan 2.09. I can tell from the picture in the background. It’s a picture of Crater Lake. However, I don’t remember Dean aiming 2 guns at the same time in the epi.
