If you call someone private is it possible that they can trace your number?
I keep calling my girlfriends house private, so she won’t get in trouble. Her dad keeps answering. So I just called and he said “Operator this is the call I want traced” and started pressing numbers. Is he just trying to scare me or can her really get my number traced? I really don’t want her to get into trouble.

some people need to stop believing everything they see on TV.. a call can be traced the moment the call is connected… no need to keep someone on the line for a certain amount of time.. that was invented to add suspense to television and movies….
