Pink Wax
How do you get wax out of a carpet?
I had a scented candle burning, and the wax dripped off of the table onto my rug! If it makes a difference it’s just a generic thin (less than 1″) rug, it’s blue, and the wax is pink… let me know if you need any other information.
Like others have said, use a paper towel or cloth and iron it up, but if there is residue left over, you can sprinkle baking soda on what is left of the wax while it is still hot from the ironing.
If the candle used a dye, you may never get it all up, but the baking soda will help get up whatever you can.
