Does Ally Parker really sub for Hannah Montana?

I heard a rumor from this girl at school and she says that Ally Parker(Mikes’s SuperShort Show) plays Hannah Montana on the show because Miley can’t remember her lines. But I’ve seen some of the episodes where “Miley” is Hannah Montana, but I recall that Ally does not have the teeth, lisp, and voice like Cyrus does. Correct me if I’m wrong. And if you’re wondering about the eyes, she said that Parker wears colored contacts. This girl at my school says that she knows because her friend is an extra on that show. But this is pretty sketchy.
