So the black eyeliner on the top like a line will it make dark brown eyes stand out?
so putting black eyeliner jus on the top of your eyes will it make the eye stand out if i have black hair tan skin and dark brown eyes or should i wear at the bottom too. if not black then wt colour of eyeliner should i buy from shoppers to bring outmy eyes keep in mind i do have bit of under eye as well. plzzzzzzzzzz help me
gold/plum will both make brown eyes pop with olive/tan skin tones….black makes dark eyes darker….it does NOT make them stand out…..if you have large eyes, black wont make them too dark, but it will make them look smaller….if you have small or narrow eyes LIGHT eyeliners are better
