Is it legal to carry a fixed nine inch blade in California?
The blades is 9in long, fixed, curved and in a belt holster
So long as the sheath is not itself concealed, it would not violate STATE law. However, some local cities/counties have their own local ordinances which you should check. I don’t think those are enforceable (due to a doctrine called “preemption”), and in many places they may not be enforced, but you probably don’t want to be the person to test that law.
BTW, absent criminal conduct there would be no basis for the police confiscating the weapon in California.
