Is it cruel to never let your kid eat fast food?

My sister is a health freak. She has young kids, 8 year olf and a 6 year old. She is a stay at home mom and cooks for her kids 3 meals a day. They never eat fast food. She packs them lunch daily to school. Is it bad to not let them eat fast food?

Are you kidding? No, it’s not bad to never give kids fast food. Before fast food chains became what they are now, most people didn’t eat at them and when they did it was a treat, not a staple. Eventually when they’re older they’ll probably have some but it’s not bad to cook for your family, nowhere do you say she’s forbidden them from stepping foot in a restaurant.
