Nelson Riddle

Does anyone remember “Couragous Cat and Minute Mouse”?
It was a cartoon that parodied “Batman,” and, ironically, had a very cool jazz score by Nelson Riddle, who also composed the “Batman” theme. Courageous had a utility belt that Batman would have envied. It got them out of every jam you could think of! I also liked the villains, who included “The Frog,” who was a frog gangster with a Jimmy Cagney accent.
It’s not surprising that Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse were so much like Batman and Robin—there were created by Bob Kane, the very same person! You can find more details about them on Toonopedia.
