Nature Boy
Who, if anyone, on the current WWE Roster is worthy of calling himself ‘The Nature Boy’?
We all know Ric Flair is known as The Nature Boy, and he started calling himself that when he wanted to incite a feud with Nature Boy Buddy Rogers in ’78.
But who on todays roster is worthy of calling himself The Nature Boy? And would it be out of respect or would it be because he wants to ‘tarnish Flair’s legacy’.
The only person I can think of that would fit into a “Nature Boy” role is Jack Swagger. I don’t mean right now though, but a some point down the line.
He already has a “last name” that has some meaning to a Nature Boy character. Like Flair had some flair, Swagger has some swagger, I think a Nature Boy should have some swagger.
He’s excellent in the ring..and in the near future will be able to put on plenty of classic matches IMO. The little bit of being very sure of himself, his wrestling ability, his look…I think can all fit into a “Nature Boy” role and he can be able to call himself that at some point.
