mozart requiem piece?
im looking for the name of the mozart symphony where there’s the really high voices that just makes you want to cry. its in the requiem im pretty sure, as i remember it from amadeus in the end when mozart is writing the requiem.

If the scene you’re talking about is when the black-mask guy comes while Mozart is there, the song is in the Requiem and it the Introitus: Requiem.
I recommend you buy all of Requiem by Mozart, that movie really got me in to it– and classical music in general. Buy it on iTunes, the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields & Sir Neville Marriner version– I LOVE it. The piece used in the movie is the first song of the requiem.
If you don’t think that’s the song you’re looking for, you might find the song on the soundtrack they have on iTunes for the 1999 play. They have some overlap in music from play to movie.
But seriously, the entire requiem is fantastic.
