Anyone recognise these lyrics by Metallica?

Heard a tune on radio driving home last night, great song, definitely Metallica but lost reception before DJ named the track. Due to dodgy reception only caught a few lyrics clearly – “as the candle lights the way home” (i think), “take the time to tell you how I feel”. It was quite a mellow tune, the melody was mint, loved it. Can anyone help out? xx
