Fans And Animals
There have actually been many pets out there that enjoy riding the ceiling fans. Why do these animals get attracted to the fans in the first place?
Bugs
On many occasions it could be that something like a moth is flying around the top of the fan. The thing is, many fans have lights on them too so when these are on they attract all of the bugs including the moths. Although it is mainly cats that notice these things, some younger dogs may be interested. Animals will always try to catch the smaller insects either for fun or because they are in their home or of course because they are hungry.
This means that the animal will head towards the fan which is never a good sign if the fan is switched on.
High Flyers
If you keep birds in your home and let them out to have a bit of a fly around during various points of the day make sure your ceiling fans are switched off. Of course birds have amazing senses which is why they shouldnt be flying into the fans but it can be diffiuclt not to in a small room. Birds often make mistakes?
Curiosity
The saying goes curiosity killed the cat and it is really possible with this. Although exploring comes naturally to all of the smaller animals it is actually a big problem as they will try to get to everything. It sounds silly but make sure your younger pets do not get too curious of the ceiling fans.
Although there are various things fitted into fan accessories to make sure these things do not happen there are sometimes difficulties when it comes to solenoids or even the multicore cables.
So there you have it make sure you look after your pet!
