Fantastic Travel To A Beautiful And Eco-Friendly Country
A decision has finally been made. This year the vacation spot will be somewhere that is warm, exotic, eco-friendly, safe and somewhere that everyone would like to visit but just don’t know enough about. This is a magnificent and lovely country. This year the destination will be the country of Costa Rica. The reservations have been made and documents have been checked to make sure all is in order. Your bags have been packed and you are now just waiting for to begin our travel to this wonderful paradise in Central America.
After your flight lands and you clear customs, you are able to claim your luggage and step outside and smell this wonderful fresh air. The smell of fresh flowers is in the air, the sun is shining and it is just one great day. Catch a taxi to take you to your hotel where you’ll be able to refresh and maybe get a little rest before you take a little stroll around the area to get familiar with your surroundings.
There are so many places that you want to see and so many things you want to do that it seems like you just won’t be able to do it all. You’ve booked some of your tours for ahead of time and some of the attractions you have decided to go it alone because you may want to take more time or less time at that one attraction and it fits better in your schedule. All of the excursions will be exciting and fun and very educating, for sure, and you now know that you have made the right choice when you chose Costa Rica.
The capital city is San Jose and most all tourists and other travelers arrive at the airport here. It is where most all travelers will have their home base, so to speak, since most everything you will need to book, buy or rent is here and just about all of your needs can be filled in this one city. They do have quite a bit of sights here in San Jose. There are historical buildings and many churches, not to mention all the shopping and really great places to eat.
Our itinerary calls for a trip to the area where the canopies will take us atop the jungle and sailing across the tree tops. Depending on which tour is chosen, there are many and most are all good. The one chosen today will take us on a zip line with stops at different platforms, really a great tour. At the end of the trip, you will need to scramble down the last 60 feet to the ground.
The trip itinerary has many tours listed and you have decided to take one of the famous Canopy tours and go sailing over the tree tops. While there are no Canopy tours in the city, they do have a tour just outside of the city. You’ve chosen the Mahogany Park canopy tour, this will set you sailing through the jungle at a fast clip. You will have ten platforms, which will take you though the whole course. It is very exciting and once you have finished you will need to rappel down about 60 feet to finish the course. Exciting, for sure, but that is just what you were looking for.
You will also be visiting the famous Volcanoes National Park and a trip though the Rainforest. When you arrive at Arenal, you will be in the park and will actually get to see two of the volcanoes, the first and most popular being Arenal. The largest, and the second, is Chato. You’ll be able to walk many of the marked trails around the area which is very beautiful. The area also provides about twelve percent of the power to this wonderful country.
You have taken many of the tours and there are still some to go. You have visited so many fantastic and historical places that you know you really did make the right choice when the decision was made to visit here. Perhaps after this trip, you can spread the word about this beautiful paradise and persuade others to take some time and travel down to Costa Rica, to see all the beauty for themselves.
