How do you contact Virgin Records to complain about shoddy LP record Manufacture?
Please could someone help me on this around 14 months ago I bought an expensive Genesis Vinyl Collection made by Virgin/EMI here in the UK, this boxed set was shrink wrapped and sealed until today when I decided to open it to play one of the 5 albums inside the box.
To my horror I found that one of the LPs had been manufactured incorrectly in that it had two labels on the same side, one on top of the other and both were off centre, I would have remained non the wiser probably for years as I didn’t intend playing this set as I already have all of Genesis on cd and record
any help please an email for EMI Virgin customer complaints would be great but I cant find anything online
