What kind of material is used for lint free cleaning cloths?
I’m having a hard time trying to find out what kind of material is used to make lint free cleaning cloths. Such as one might use to clean vinyl LPs or Plexiglas. I just keep coming up with advertisements to buy lint free cleaning cloths, but I want to buy a couple of yards and make my own. I just can’t afford to spend too much extra money right now.

I’ve been cleaning my old vinyls for about 50 years and never used any proprietary makes of cleaner,
……Never had a failure yet.
…..Warm to hot soapy water in a bowl and a new disposable .dish cloth.
……Lay the EP /LPs on a bath towel and soak. Then swab GENTLY to loosen dried dirt (mostly from sweaty fingers) .Leave for 10 -15 mins.
Then dip in bowl to wash loosened dirt off –followed by a rinse under the water tap, then into the dish rack to drip-dry.
Never press hard when washing because any particle of dirt will scratch — simply allow dirt to soak off
