Are Deep Purple’s first 3 LPs forgotten when it comes to discussions of psychedelic music?

The first three albums by Deep Purple are largely ignored by metal fans and seem to be forgotten by the psychedelic enthusiasts, why do you think this is?
These are the LPs I am referring to:
Shades of Deep Purple 1968
The Book of Taliesyn 1968
Deep Purple 1969

I understand what you’re saying but although those 3 albums do have bits of psychedelia music I think of them mainly as progressive rock albums. Some of the songs on the first 2 albums are cover songs and a lot of the others from all the albums are mostly rock with no psychedelia music like “Hush” and “The Bird Has Flown”.
That’s my opinion!
