Why can black ppl say “niga” and then when a white person says it(not threatening way)all hell breaks loose?
I have a black boyfriend and he lets me say as long as I am with him. But of course I don’t say it in a bad way. I just com out and say it. I lovemy boyfriend and we have been together for 3 yrs. I try not to say ity even with him b/c I don’t want to make ita habbit b/c I don’t want black ppl to think I am racist. I was just curious to see what others have to say. Please do not take this question I any wrong way!!!!! I also am wondering that when you do call yourselves these things white ppl will look at you in the way you call yourselves. Of course I dont see you calling youorselves iggnorant but the majority of white ppl do take it that way and they only go back and make fun of it. which I guess makes them iggnorant you the center of their lives!
It’s a slang word where I am from and in it’s context does not mean anything close to what the white people meant when they said it. But on the contrary I do not use that word and I don’t take offense if a black or white person says it. Come in we are in the year 2006 slavery days are over people need to lighten up and stop using philosophy on every little thing.
