Lena Horne

Lena Horne stormy weather ?
Lena horne said that she ” was born at the wrong time”. If you could have lived during any other time what would it be? Why would you choose that time? What would you do? What would your life be like ? What would you have to overcome?
I was born at the wrong time also. I liked what I heard about the 1940s and early 1950s. I like the fact that it seemed like people worked hard to be polite, to have decorum, and dress properly even if you didn’t have a lot of money. I missed being courted by a gentleman and marrying someone that believed that marriage was for keeps, that church was important. I would be a happy homemaker with 4 kids and love every minute of it. Not sure what I would have to overcome, but I feel that I missed a nice decade. I got the end tail of the deal when I was around 10. I remember clean parks where you could walk without fear.
