What happens if everyone folds on the first betting round in a hold ‘em game?
Recently I started playing poker with some new friends and their rules differ from what I had in mind.
I just wanted to check what others think on this matter.
First assume a head to head game. when the dealer folds, should the dealer button be moved to the small blind?
Second, these guys play with just one blind: big blind. Now assume that you are the blind and everyone folds without any bets, should the dealer be rotated or should you play the same positions again?
Of course the dealer button should rotate. Always.
