Why do you think Jose Luis Castillo was chosen to be the sparring mate of Pacquiao?

Castillo once tried to volunteed to be Pacquiao’s sparring partnet, which Pacquiao and Roach respectfully rejected because they thought Castillo was way past his prime and is a bloated, old, and chubby lightweight. Roach once had very harsh words against Castillo, calling him “lazy’, “unomotivated”, and “bloated”. I guess now Castillo is being used as a guy who can emulate body punchers. Castillo, who is regarded as the first one to defeat Mayweather unofficially before Oscar, is a great emulator. I only hope that he still has the talent, power, and strenght to challenge Pacquiao. The more Pacquaio is challenge, the better.
