It would seem that there are so many movies out there that people tend to be recognised for their fantastic music soundtracks. The movies are often great too but it would seem that the soundtrack within the movie just makes the movie a truly awesome experience. John Williams has the ability to do this with every single film.
Star Wars- All of them
Everyone will immediately know what film someone is watching when they hear one off the songs from the Star Wars saga that really goes without saying. John Williams has done such a good job on these movies it is no wonder he was chosen to do all six of them. Everyone of course knows the main tune but some of the others include the infamous imperial march and Duel of the Fates.
Indiana Jones
This is another classic tune and it is just one of those songs that you really enjoy listening too when you are watching the movie. The main theme from the movie is the most used by far and it has been used in all four movies to date.
E.T
This piece really does add so much emotion to the film itself, it boosts the connection that ET has with the boy. The part where the music works almost seamlessly with the film is where the flying scene kicks off, a truly amazing bit of film.
How on earth can he do this every single time? Well John Williams isn’t one for using drum kits and DJ equipment or even electro-acoustic guitars but he uses the power of orchestra and it seems to work so well every single time he sits down to write a piece. Music in film is something that cannot be underestimated, it has given us so many magical moment.
