Why should the Rams draft Ndakumong Suh over Jimmy Clausen?

I would just like to know your opinions on this issue. It seems that most mock draft websites have the Rams taking Ndakumong Suh first overall. Which I think is a mistake, and I just want a fans perspective as to why they think the Rams should take a Defensive Tackle who may or may not be that great of a player, when the Rams can get the Franchise QB that they need to succeed in the NFL.

Remember 3 years ago Glenn Dorsey was in the same position Suh is in right now, he was a great player coming from a school with a good football pedigree and was the most dominate player in college football that season. He has the same stats, body type, and intelligence that Suh has right now yet Glenn Dorsey has busted in the NFL so its not to hard to say that Suh wont do the same.

This link will convince any person that taking Jimmy Clasuen first is the right decision. Look back at the past three years. In 07, Glenn Dorsey was supposed to be the next Warren Sapp, and when the Falcons took Matt Ryan instead of him, people ridiculed them. Now look at both players now, Ryan is a rising talent that led his frachise to it’s first back-to-back winning seasons in franchise history. While Dorsey is considered a bust as he might loose his starting spot to Alex Magee. Then in 08, people and experts wanted the Lions to take Jason Smith or Aaron Curry over Matthew Stafford because he wasn’t ready. Well, one year later Stafford had an injury, but before that, was having a great rookie season (considering the team around him), as he was able to throw 5 TD’s in one game. Jason Smith had an injury that made him miss most of the season, he wasn’t effective when he was healthy either. Aaron Curry has all but disapeared, had an invisible rookie season and has not been worthy of his high pick yet.

James Stewart, at his warmest and most avuncular, plays the bandleader who rocketed to fame during the swing era. The Glenn Miller Story may be a whitewashed version of Miller’s life, but it certainly is a pleasant example of the feel-good Hollywood biopic, with the usual conventions: early struggles, loyal wife (June Allyson at her chirpiest), personal sacrifice–Miller joins the Army when war br…

No doubt about it: this TCM boxed set is all wet. As a collection of movies featuring Esther Williams, MGM’s swimming superstar, how could it not be? Six titles, in splashy Technicolor, comprise this daffy musical smorgasbord, all drawn from Williams’ glory years as an unlikely box-office draw. Thrill of a Romance, from 1945, is the earliest film of the bunch, a top-drawer production with a coy pl…

Bette Davis won her second Best Actress Oscar for her showcase role in this sumptuous southern costume melodrama, which was released in 1938 in response to the phenomenal popularity of Margaret Mitchell’s novel Gone with the Wind. (It would take another full year for the famous film adaptation of Mitchell’s novel to be released.) The setting is New Orleans in 1862, and Davis plays Julie, an egocen…
