Hot Summer
Is it socially acceptable to wear jeans and a long sleeved shirt during the hot summer?
I am self concious about my body and only feel comfortable in button-up shirts and jeans. I am a male college student. I hate shorts and dread the spring and summer because it gets hot.
Is it socially acceptable to wear these things in 80 degree weather? If you saw someone wearing them, would you think he was weird? Please don’t say “As long as you are comfortable it doesn’t matter what people think.” I’m happy with myself but am just curious about how it would be perceived.
