Has a certain song that once meant nothing to you taken on new meaning in the presence of another?
I don’t really like R&B, and Beyonce’s Irreplaceable was just another song on the radio, until it was played when I went for a drink with a girl I have feelings for, and now it reminds me of that day.
Are there any songs that have gone from meaningless to conjuring up nice memories, or even sad ones?
I never liked pop music so when Hurt by Christina Aguleria came out I was like “Meh”.
Untill a year later when my parents died.
I heard that song again and it was exactly how I felt. Now, it’s one of my favorite songs of all time.
It surpassed Kasmir I love it so much.
