How much worse am I gonna make this injury?
I injured my ankle about two months ago and it still hurts after sports. The doctor said I might have ligament damage. The doctor also told me to visit an orthopedist. The thing though is I am skating in a competition the last week in august. Between now and then I am skating for about 40 minutes every day and next week I will be going to a basketball camp. How much worse am I gonna make this injury between now and after the competition?
Well, you COULD skate in the competition. Satisfaction now, possible permanent injury later. OR do what your doctor told you to do in the first place. Dissatisfaction now, but maybe you will be able to do sports in the future.
