If you buy a set of Coilovers sleeves, should i buy a camber kit?

If you buy a set of Coilovers sleeves, should i buy a camber kit?
Or the Factory Camber would just do fine? and if I only bought the Coilover sleeves can i still adjust the wheel alignment of the car using the the factory camber? NOW IM CONFUSED!!!!

Camber is the second greatest tire wear cause. It also has a great deal to do with the way the car handles. Purchase the kits.
Install the coil-overs.
Align the car.
If the kits aren’t needed, return them.
This will be less expensive than paying for two alignments, or wasting tire while you order them after the installation of the coil-overs.
