What are some other ways to promise yourselves to each other before engagement?
Well, me and my boyfriend are both young but we know that we want to always be together. There’s just that feeling, but we know that we are still to young to get engaged. Does anyone have any other ideas, besides a promise ring or engagement, that we can promise ourselves to each other forever? (even just something between us?)
It’s pretty corny, but still cute. My sister and her boyfriend were absolutely positive they’d get married one day, but they were 16, and couldn’t afford to get engaged. They got the black rubber bracelets ( the ones that caused the big uproar because of the sexual connotations if you broke a certain color) and gave them to each other.
