Disc Sealed

I’ve just bought a brand new 60gb Xbox 360 and it wont play anything?

The 360 is brand new and i set it up according to the manual got to the main menu hub, but when i put in my (again brand new and sealed) GTA4 disc (right way up everything as it should be), it took a while to read and then came up with a ‘the disc is unplayable’ error message. I also tried two DVDs and got the same error. What do i do now?

It sounds like you got a bad one there, if you just bought it, you should just be to get a new one straight away, take it back if i were you, since you tried 3 discs it must be a faulty lens or disc drive
