Days Night
Things to do on days off for night shift workers?
I will be starting a night shift job soon. I think my biggest challenge will be staying awake/active during the nights on my days off, I don’t want to get out of my routine. What are some things you night shift workers do in your time off (i.e. go to 24 hour gyms, etc). Where can I hang out?
you mean besides catching up on sleep. listen if there is something that really needs to be done, youll get up and do.
