How many dogs can you legally own inside the city limits in Franklin County, Ohio??

I currently have 3 dogs…i live on an acre and would like to get 2 more. Does anyone know how many dogs you can have in Franklin County, Ohio?? Im right on the edge of the city limits, but am actually in Franklin County.
