What song is it in the movie “Up In Smoke” by Cheech and Chong playing when they are deported to Tijuana?

Around 39 minutes into the movie right after Cheech and Chung are deported to Tijuana Pedro is on the phone with his uncle, Cheuey. He says “Hello uncle Cheuey. This is Pedro. Hey man we got deported.” It’s a horn, maybe, sounding very bliss. I do not think it’s on the soundtrack.
