My King Charles Pup just SWALLOWED a cotton bud!?

She’s 5 months old, she was munching on it like she does EVERYTHING, and I was trying to get it out of her mouth for about 5 minutes, but she kept putting it further back in her mouth, eventually she started chokeing because it was in her throat and she swallowed it instantly! *sigh* what do I do? does she need a vet? is that the type of thing that can pass through?

If it was small, she should be fine. If it upsets her stomach, she should be able to throw it up. But if she throws up several times, it is definitely time to call a vet.
