Getting labor started?
I am just wondering..i heard that if you sit and bounce gently up and down ona yoga ball, this will help lower the baby and get your contractions going. Is there any other advice you have on helping your cervix dilate? I’ve heard of sex, walking, tea, castor oil (I will not do this method) nipple stimulation. I am wondering what worked for others. I am 37/3 days pregnant with my 2nd child, 3cm dilated, 70% effaced. My 1st daughter came at 37 1/2 weeks. Thanks a bunch!!!
Squating helps too.
