He was born in a modest town of Norfolk, Virginia exactly where he came to know Missy Elliot. He began to have interest in hip hop and started producing hip-hop backing tracks on a Casio keyboard he had. He became a disc jockey recognized by the name of “DJ Timmy Tim”.

She has been influenced by stars like Jeff Buckley, Caetano Veloso, Amalia Rodrigues, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Cornershop and a lot of others. She grew up in Canada and skilled the wide diversity of Toronto’s cultural diversity.
From 2000 to 2002 Timbaland has worked with reputable folks like Jay Z, Ludacris, Limp Bizkit and Petey Pablo.
