I’m really into Swing (Benny Goodman, Bunny Berigan, Movits, Count Basie) and 1980s pop (Thomas Dolby, Devo) right now.
Anyone with a weirder combination gets best. 
All of my favorite bands are either older punk bands no normal teenager has heard of (Bikini Kill, Black Flag, Stiff Little Fingers), hippie-esque 60′s/70′s bands (Jimi Hendrix Experience, Led Zeppelin, The Doors), grungy heros of the 90′s (Soundgarden, L7, Mudhoney), Silver Age alternative rock (Jane’s Addiction, Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins) or modern mixed-up geniuses (Beck, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Florence & The Machine).
